We’re fellow Service members. We understand everything you’re thinking or have thought because we’ve been there. Asking for help isn’t weak. It’s courageous. So whatever it is you think you should be and feel, rethink it. And reach out.

Do you know how many of us are coming home with PTS, TBI, physical wounds? Who are having difficulty transitioning to a “normal” life? War is taking its toll on thousands upon thousands of Veterans and those still serving as well. It doesn’t make you weak. But we have to stick together and help each other find treatments and therapies to make us whole again. And we know this is possible because we’re here and we’ve helped many find the way.

BUT YOU HAVE TO WANT TO GET WELL. YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR HELP. We’ve found that is the difference. And once you ask for our help, we’re in it with you for the long haul. We’ll ruck it with you the whole way. We’ve got your 6.

WE CAN HELP YOU IF YOU’RE HAVING SUICIDAL THOUGHTS OR IF YOU’RE ALWAYS ON THE EDGE OF FEELING LOST AND ALONE. HURT AND IN PAIN. WONDERING HOW TO STOP THE MILLIONS OF THOUGHTS IN YOUR HEAD. THE NIGHTMARES.

We work hand in hand with some of the best resources serving Soldiers and Veterans. If you’re in crisis, we have a direct line to VA Crisis counselors. If they are not in immediate danger of harming themselves, we will connect them with the most appropriate local help through our network of providers and partners. So no matter what the issue is, we will find the support needed. SEE OUR LIST OF RESOURCES.

MANY SUFFER TBI YET DO NOT KNOW IT. DO YOU?

Blasts are a leading cause of TBI. Other causes include bullets, fragments and struck by/against events, which include colliding with a moving or stationary object.

The use of explosive devices and mines in warfare and noise from weapons have resulted in auditory dysfunction, TBI and mental health conditions among members of the military.

More than 50 percent of injuries sustained in combat are the result of explosive weapons, including bombs, grenades, land mines, missiles and mortar/artillery shells.

TBI SYMPTOMS

  • Difficulty with fatigue or lethargy levels
  • Trouble sleeping or changes in sleep patterns
  • Behavioral or mood changes
  • Trouble with memory, concentration, attention or thinking
  • Physical symptoms that include headaches, weakness in your arms or legs and balance problems

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy has been shown to improve symptoms of TBI/PTS. We currently have resources that help with free or reduced cost HBOT. Let us know if you are interested. We have successfully assisted veterans using HBOT.

DO YOU HAVE THE SIGNS OF PTS?

About 400,000 service members struggle to survive the invisible wounds of war. It leaves you feeling alone and abandoned. But there is help and new treatment options. We have partnerships with alternative therapy providers regarding Yoga and meditation for Veterans that has been very successful. Please let us know if you are interested.
